Aim of education is not just the acquisition of information or technical skills. But it should change the student’s attitude; produce good human beings with social concern for healthy nation. There should be a source to inspire, motivate and enlighten the students. Teachers being second parents play a significant role, give proper shape and help the students to achieve their goals. As teacher is one of the important and vital components of the entire society, there is a need for quality teachers.
